There isn't any contact information on the Snap Store site. If you want to order from them, you'll have to fight your way through the confusing website and place your order online. Frankly, it's agony. That's too bad, because their selection is good, and their press is really sturdy and heavy duty. It's too bad they don't have any clear instructions regarding how to order, or what parts are needed for each type of snap and function. Muddling through is your only option, just like the rest of us who go crazy trying to place an order.

On the plus side, I did find that my order was carefully filled, and I did receive exactly what I ordered. Good luck -- I wish you didn't need it!

Any Advice.

I am looking for open prong ring, caps, and pearls.
